AMF acquires 49% of the Vattenfall Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm (UK) for £237 million with Infranode as its lead advisor

Stockholm, 18th of December 2015

Swedish pension insurance company AMF Pensionsförsäkring has purchased a 49% stake in the 150MW Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm (UK) from Swedish State owned utility Vattenfall for GBP 237 million (approximately SEK 3 billion). Ormonde has been operational since 2012 and will continue to be operated by Vattenfall going forward.
